- Activities: She is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. Ms. Valente is a frequent speaker for professional and health care associations, including the Massachusetts Hospital Association, New England Healthcare Assembly, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the Health Law Section of the Boston Bar Association. For the eighth year, Ms. Valente was selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2007 (Copyright 2006 by Woodward/White, Inc. of Aiken, S.C.). Inclusion in Best Lawyers is based on a peer-review survey. She was also selected by the Boston Business Journal to be featured in its "40 under 40" article, highlighting the careers and accomplishments of emerging young leaders of the region’s business community.
