My name is Anton and this is my story .in 2018 me and my wife went to her office
She gave as a deal of 8.000 fee throughout the process which we paid 5.000 for i-130 /I-212 & i-601A and if i dont get deported
she said to give her another 3.000 if i do get deported she won't charge us anymore she said , so we started the process.
More than 2 years after we didnt get a answer for the i-130 and she never asked them why , in March 2020 I got detained by ICE ,
( 1st forgery)i called her and asked her what to do and paid her 2.000 for bailout, she took the money and send someone else to see me and tell me that I am not eligible for bail and when I asked her for the money to use it for something else she said no that money is for her telling me that you are not eligible
(2nd forgery) i asked her what can we do now and she said to file form I-246 which is stay of deportation ,she asked for another 2.500 on top of the first 2.000 and we paid her. 2 weeks after that i got denied that and when i asked the ICE officer why did i get denied he told me that your lawyer stole your money because you are not even eligible for that form. So she stole 4.500 from us . But it doesn't end here ,after i got deported i asked my wife to go fill the last 2 forms that we had in our contract and she told my wife , oh no the business is bad now and I need 5.000 more to complete those 2 forms ,which i am not going to because i am getting a new lawyer. But with Susan dosen't and here yet , when my whife asked her to take my case from her she said , oh you gotta pay for it , which i paid her 500 in the beginning for it , can you believe it . My whife with call the police on her and as soon as i get back to USA i will take her to court . As i found out later She did the same thing for other people from my country. My friend this lady is the worst lawyer i have ever encountered in my life so stay away from her . Thank you for taking your time to read my story.
