- Activities: Ms. Neuberg is a member of the DC Bar Association, Real Estate and Finance Section Committee; the District of Columbia Builders Industry Association (DCBIA); the New York State Bar Association, Real Estate Finance and Liens Committee; the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), Membership Selection Committee; and the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association (CMSA). Susan has moderated panels and been a speaker for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In addition, she has served on the Planning and Allocations Committee and Board of Trustees of the Greater Hartford Jewish Federation, and the Legal and Tax Panel of the Endowment Foundation.
