- Activities: Ms. Neuberg is a member of the DC Bar Association, Real Estate and Finance Section Committee; the District of Columbia Builders Industry Association (DCBIA); the New York State Bar Association, Real Estate Finance and Liens Committee; the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), Membership Selection Committee; and the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association (CMSA). Susan has moderated panels and been a speaker for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
