Attorney Stuart C. Talley is a partner in the Sacramento law firm of Kershaw, Cook & Talley. He practices law in the areas of mass torts, consumer class actions, and other complex litigation. For the past 15 years, he has represented plaintiffs in both Federal and State Courts throughout the country. In addition, he handles many large individual personal injury claims on behalf of injured consumers. His typical cases include class action or mass torts where he represents hundreds, sometimes thousands, of individual clients nationwide who sustained injuries from a dangerous drug or medical device. Mr. Talley, and other KCT partners, takes the lead in these cases, and is responsible for the overall case management and litigation of these cases for the plaintiffs. Subsequently, these cases are litigated against some of the largest companies in the world and against the best defense firms in the country.
