Steve Colin

I am a California licensed attorney with over 40 years of experience in various legal fields including litigation, arbitrations, mediations, trials, and appearances before the California Fair Political Practices Commission and California Coastal Commission. I have had the honor of being elected twice as a Redondo Beach City Councilman and have served on two city commissions. Throughout my career, I have represented multiple Mayors, councilmembers, city treasurers, commissioners, and community grassroots organizations, dedicating decades to working on community initiatives.

As a life-long resident of Redondo Beach, I hold degrees from the University of Southern California and the University of California, Davis, School of Law.

My legal practice encompasses a wide range of areas such as municipal law, campaign finance law, complex multi-party litigation, construction/contract law, civil litigation, Indian law, criminal law, and appellate law. I have practiced in the Superior Courts of California, the 2nd District Court of Appeal, and before the California Supreme Court.

I am bilingual, fluent in Spanish, and I am proud of my heritage as both Native American and Hispanic.
