- Stevedevotes the overwhelming majority of his time to providing labor/employment services to health care clients and has negotiated on behalf of employers more than 250 collective bargaining agreements, including "re-engineering" and "system mobility" agreements for multi-hospital institutions, including Berkshire Health System, Southcoast Hospitals Group, Hallmark Health System, and Cape Cod Healthcare. Steve represented Holy Cross Hospital, Ft. Lauderdale, in a successful decertification campaign involving a union that represented 500 nurses. Steve has also been involved, both directly and indirectly, in the successful defense of hundreds of individual and class claims of employment discrimination before state and federal agencies. Hehas beena gubernatorial appointee to the Advisory Board to the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
