- Prior to joining Goodwin Procter in 2007, Mr. Ferruolo was Co-Chair of the Corporate/VLG Practice Group at Heller Ehrman LLP and a member of the Intellectual Property Transactions Practice Group. He previously served as Co-Chair of Heller Ehrman’s Life Sciences Practice Group. From 1979 to 1987, Mr. Ferruolo was an Assistant Professor of History at Stanford University. He also served as a clerk for the Honorable Bruce M. Selya of U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
