Stephen C. Emery

I represent clients in the areas of DUI defense, family law, criminal defense, tort and contract claims, personal injury claims, administrative law, municipal corporation law, open records and open meetings law, and appellate representation. I am a graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. I served as a law clerk and staff attorney for the Kentucky Court of Appeals for Judge Sara W. Combs and Judge Joseph R. Huddleston. I am licensed to practice in all state courts in Kentucky, the U. S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, and the U. S. Supreme Court. I am a member and Past-President of the 12th Judicial Circuit Bar Association (Oldham, Henry & Trimble Counties), and the Kentucky Bar Associations.
