She has extensive experience with cases involving violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Rehabilitation Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Stephanie served as an associate for a Silver Springs, Maryland law firm, where she similarly represented Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complainants alleging discrimination based on disability, failure to accommodate, national origin, religion, and ethnicity. She represented clients before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. She began her career as a lawyer at another Silver Spring law firm, where she gained valuable experience handling cases involving ADEA, Title VII, USERRA, and state employment discrimination law. She represented clients before the EEOC, MSPB, and Maryland Commission on Civil Rights.
