This is the worst representation I've ever seen
To start...I'll answer the above questions that are meant to examples to show what the title is what it is. 1. Did she provide satisfactory legal services? NOT AT ALL. She's recommending I accept a guilty plea and do jail time for something I didn't do when the person who DID do it admitted I didn't and they didn't even get jail time offered. She also did not communicate with me for anything except what the offer was and to tell me I should accept it; 2. Is she knowledgeable about the law? I
have no idea, nor would I know because she doesn't return calls or talk with her clients about their cases, apparently. I have only ever spoken to her once and none of the contact info online works. I tried calling, I went to the office where it said she was located and she's not there, I tried emailing, tried to go to her website, none of that is accurate. No way to get a hold of her whatsoever and the court is saying they can't give me another lawyer. 3. Did she resolve my issue? No, not even close...; 4. Did she keep me informed and up to date? No, zero communication until court and even then, very little and didn't even want to hear the details of the what happened. I expressed frustration for not being able to get a hold of her, no reasons given, no other contact info offered, and not even an apology. She literally just stared at me, and told me me to hold on, then went to speak to someone in tye back. On my 2nd court date, I drove an hr to get there and waited while they called the entire docket and my name wasn't called, so I had to ask what was going on. She changed the court day because she had something else going on that day, but she didn't respect my time, or gas enough to let me know. 5. Courteous and professional? I am blown away that this hasn't already been dropped. I don't even live in Texas but I've been stuck here since January because they say I can't leave until it's handled, but it's being handled so poorly that it's not getting handled. You could definitely say that I'm not very happy with the services she has provided, and I'm extremely frustrated that none of the information online is good, because now I can't even get a hold of my lawyer and the courthouse can't give me a new one.
