Did not follow through on correcting a mistake he made. Shelly did an LLC for me last year that he charged $600.00 for he spelled my name wrong on my taxes and my LLC paperwork. He corrected my taxes several months last but still has not corrected my LLC. He also could not remember if he charged me so he said he would charge me $300.00 for the LLC after I already paid him $600.00. This issue has been going on for a year and a half. He said he would correct the paperwork and pay the $25.00 to correct it which he should especially after I paid a large amount to even have this done. To this day I still do not have a corrected LLC he also does not return any of my calls or emails.
