- Q. I crashed my dirt bike as some loose barb wire got tangled with my dirt bike on a dirt road. I broke my leg.
- A: Without more facts, the only answer is "it depends." If you were on private property with permission and the landowner had not taken care of the land and structures, then potentially you have a claim. If on public property that is maintained by a public entity and they neglected their duties, then potentially you have a claim. Injury claims vary based on the full set of facts.
