Best lawyer I could have used. I am so happy I was able to use Mr. Sean Woods for my case in my auto accident. He was knowledgeable of the situation at hand and made it extremely easy during such a difficult time to win my case. I would recommend Mr. Woods to anyone who is in an auto accident, he’s so helpful and did a great job. He was patient and answered all my questions that I had.

Q. I crashed my dirt bike as some loose barb wire got tangled with my dirt bike on a dirt road. I broke my leg.
A: Without more facts, the only answer is "it depends." If you were on private property with permission and the landowner had not taken care of the land and structures, then potentially you have a claim. If on public property that is maintained by a public entity and they neglected their duties, then potentially you have a claim. Injury claims vary based on the full set of facts. You should contact an attorney ASAP to discuss this situation.

Regardless, sending well wishes for your recovery!

A: I agree with Matthew's answer. If it was in Arizona, an experienced Arizona Personal Injury lawyer can help discuss the issues and facts and provide a more informed answer to your questions. I would suggest you call ASAP to discuss your rights and potential claims.
