Avoid Sean R Kennedy for Legal Advice or Guidance You expect a hired attorney to provide appropriate and timely legal advice, which is part of professionalism. Having a number of businesses, I would avoid using Sean Ryan Kennedy for any legal advice or any guidance on the ROBS structure. There are plenty of decent attorneys. This is not one, and I would recommend that you do not use. I am having to file bar complaints, and potentially a lawsuit against him.
