Having Scott F. Pomerantz represent me was the single worst decision of my life. Retaining attorney Scott F. Pomerantz to represent me was the worst decision I’ve ever made. Before you retain Pomerantz do your research! If I had researched Scott Pomerantz I would never have allowed him anywhere near my case. Before you retain him ask him: “How many jury trials have you tried?” “How many jury trials have you won?” & “How much money did you win in each of those cases?” & “What’s the largest verdict in your career?” I was stunned to hear how he had had almost no jury trials & had won such a negligible amount of money. With this shocking information alone I would never have had Pomerantz represent me. When my settlement check came, from which I have yet to receive a penny 6 years later, Pomerantz emailed me stating he needed the funds from my check to pay his rent! There are many good ones out there. I wish I had my research & avoided the nightmare of Scott Pomerantz as my attorney
