Ms. Concannon is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She is a member of the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations.

Professional Experience

: Current; From March 2005 through October 2005, Ms. Concannon served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County (MA), where she tried a variety of jury and non-jury misdemeanor and felony cases, and argued numerous dispositive and evidentiary motions. Ms. Concannon’s pro bono activities have also included the representation of indigent criminal defendants as a Committee for Public Counsel Services Bar Advocate.Before joining Goodwin Procter, Ms. Concannon served as a law clerk to then-Chief Judge William G. Young of the District of Massachusetts. She interned in the Major Crimes Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston in the spring of 1999.
