How to contact Attorney Sara White who wrote my will but not according to my wishes. She was very pleasant when we first met and assured me she could write my will according to an outline I provided her with. When I picked up my will I did not review it as I was going out of town as my daughter just suffered a stroke . As I was recently getting my matters in order I reviewed my will and realized it was not as I indicated. I called the office where the will had been prepared and was informed that she was no longer associated with them but had left my file. Upon asking the office assistant to check my file she said the outline of my request was in the file. She then ask Attorney Hal Bowers in the office to look at the way the will was written and the way it was written and could not provide a reason as to why it was not done as requested. He had the assistant tell me I could have the will rewritten but would have to pay for it. I do not feel this is Mr. Bowers problem unless ms. White was working for him.
