In addition to trial work, Mr. Creason routinely practices in front of the Idaho Supreme Court. Mr. Creason is licensed to practice in Idaho, Washington, the federal District of Idaho, the federal Eastern District of Washington, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; he is also a licensed Patent Attorney.
