Samuel R. Dalluge has been a lawyer for over 34 years and practices law in the areas of estate planning, residential and commercial real estate and small businesses. Sam’s primary areas of expertise include drafting of Trusts, Wills, Health Care Directives, Powers of Attorney and Transfer On Death Deeds (TODDS). Sam routinely advises clients with estate planning advice and advises personal administrators (executors) in formal and informal probate proceedings including contested and uncontested proceedings. In addition to estate planning and probate law, Sam also provides the routine daily advice that small businesses require as well as represents individuals and businesses in the sale or acquisition of other businesses or the purchase of residential and commercial real estate. Sam also acts as general corporate counsel to a variety of businesses in the State of Minnesota.
Sam is a graduate of Saint Mary’s University in Winona, Minnesota and Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Sam is a Dad to three beautiful boys and a rescue cat named Carl.
