A native of Hamilton, Ontario, Mr. Findlay attended McMaster University before leaving for law school in Australia, where he earned his LL.B. degree. He returned to Canada and completed all the requirements to be called to the Ontario Bar in 2013.
Mr. Findlay is currently a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Hamilton Law Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. He was elected to serve as a council member for the Ontario Bar Association for the 2016-18 term. He has also spoken on many legal subjects at Mohawk College.
During his career, Mr. Findlay has used his experience as a negotiator and personal injury litigator to represent hundreds of clients against at-fault parties and insurance companies. He has successfully recovered many settlements and damage awards for victims of accidents and other traumatic incidents.
