I do not handle personal injury cases, so I refer them to Russ. Some of those referrals have been personal friends, others have been clients. All of them have reported back that Russ was professional, efficient, and took great care of their needs. He explained the legal process to them. They felt well represented.

Russ has proposed changes to legislation, which have been adopted. He understands the law.

I have listened to Russ speak on various trial issues. He knows what he is talking about. Moreover, the other lawyers in attendance were themselves well respected litigators. It was like a master class being taught by a true master.

Communication Skills: Excellent

I have sat through several presentations given by Russ. He is organized, lively, and easily understood.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

Russ has a reputation of being firm but fair. We sit on the Lawyer Referral Board together and are called upon to evaluate potential candidates. Russ is never harshly critical of another lawyer's performance, but he gets his point across. Russ is gracious even when the other party is not in the room. That speaks volumes.
