Go to someone else Be sure to get a complete invoice and look over it thoroughly, your sentence with him. They have an issue with overcharging, random charging, and stealing money (money not listed on invoice). Every payment you give, get, and keep a receipt for everything. Stand up for yourself in getting what is owed to you and what you pay for. If you are looking for a Family Law lawyer, look somewhere else. Reveles literally handed me a notebook and pen for me to write down questions I think he should ask during a court hearing; he’d rather be on his phone. Luckily, I was my own lawyer in this case to do my own work, but he charges you for your work. You must be your own lawyer and paralegal here, give him the work, he shares it with the other party (had their minds set to give a proven abusive, alcohol, drug dealing husband and father 50:50 Custody (money talks in this town). I have yet to get all my evidence from him, he committed malpractice as he chose not to give any of my offers to my ex until 2 years in and milked me for a bunch of money. The only reason I had to go outside of court to negotiate with the ex, court is because with Reveles, I would have lost big time, ignored the fact this case was not fully complete, Reveles threatened me and lied to me to get a large payment out of me 3 weeks before a “permanent order hearing” after we had an agreement on payments. I had tried 3 times to get a different lawyer throughout my case, NO ONE would take over because they know Reveles sucks, causes an expensive mess to fix, and knows the case is a lost cause. I have evidence of extra payments from my ex to a CFI as well as there personal conversation to steal my evidence against her, yet Reveles refused to discuss anything about the situation and put a stop to me getting the rest of the mandatory disclosures from ex-husband to find any more potential payments. Advice! Get a real lawyer, NOT from Pueblo. Reveles talks a lot, NOTHING to show for it. He will pay off anyone to get what he wants, including screwing you over.
