A partner at the Law Offices of Bilu Law, Ron S. Bilu represents clients in the state of Florida in matters of real estate law, foreclosure defense, insurance, bankruptcy, state and local taxation, investment and securities litigation, family law, personal injury, intellectual property, corporate law and commercial litigation. He is also authorized as an agent to write for the Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and is a member of the Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund.
Mr. Bilu earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida, graduating summa cum laude with an advertising major and a criminal justice minor. At the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, he obtained a Master of Science in Business Management in 2001, then went on to the Levin College of Law to earn a Juris Doctor in 2002. Admitted to practice by The Florida Bar in 2003, he is currently a member of The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Golden Key National Honour Society and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
With a rating of “Superb” on Avvo, Mr. Bilu has also been named a “Top Up and Comer” by the South Florida Legal Guide. He is also a talented writer, and his pieces have appeared in the Miami Herald, Miami Magazine, the Sun-Sentinel, the Palm Beach Post, The Wall Street Journal and the South Florida Legal Guide. An active member of his community, the city of Parkland, Florida, also awarded him the Silver Cord Award.
Since 2003, Mr. Bilu has been involved in more than 3,000 real estate closings and has performed title closing throughout the state in all 67 counties in Florida. He was also the top scorer ranked by FBLA in the state of Florida in Business Communications.
