- Q. Where do I find a attorney to write a demand letter?
- A: Look for a local attorney to help you in your area. You may need to pay to file the case in court if an attorney agrees to take a "difficult case" (as you say) if the demand letter is not get accepted. Or Small claims court up to $10,000 for yourself without an attorney is an option for you depending on what your medical bill amounts are. You will need to make sure you can meet your burden of proof before you decide to spend good money on your case, maybe that is why the case is difficult and the risk to reward is high.
- Q. Help: Want to fight DUI charge. Plead guilty under duress. Mistakes during arrest and on court records. Who can help me?
- A: Which court and county is the court case out of. What happened at the DMV hearing or did you request one.
- Q. Is it possible to refuse a breathalyzer test?
- A: Yes you can do a blood test if you wish, but they will probably make an arrest and take you to station to do the tests at the station. You can refuse all tests but then you will be charged with a Refussal, then they can still do a forced Blood Draw with a warrant.
Did this happen to you. if so an attorney can help you with these legal issues/ rights.
