I am Roger Evans, an attorney with over 40 years of experience in representing individuals, families, business owners, farmers, and ranchers, concerning estate planning, will and trust administration, probate, real estate transactions, and business-related concerns.
I am a proud member of the Marion County Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar Association. My practice areas are further supported by my involvement in Oregon State Bar sections related to Elder Law, Estate Planning and Administration, Real Estate, and Business law, and as a member of the Willamette Valley Estate Planning Council. I am licensed to practice in Oregon state courts and the Federal U.S. District Court. Additionally.
I reside in Salem, Oregon, with my wife, and I am passionate about the outdoors. I enjoy camping, snow and water skiing, riding dirt bikes and mountain bikes, hiking, and adventuring with my wife and adult children.
