Roger Frank Krause
Georgia's Wrongful Death Lawyer
Representing families in wrongful death cases is Roger Krause’s true calling. He combines all of his education and experience for one single purpose: to seek justice for the family forced to endure the sudden, unexpected and avoidable loss of a love-one.
Roger Krause earned his undergraduate degree at Emory University, a Master’s degree from New York’s Columbia University, and his law degree from Georgia State University. In law school, Roger Krause was a member of the prestigious Moot Court and an extern for Judge Marion Pope, Georgia Court of Appeals.
Mr. Krause began practicing at one of the largest insurance defense firms in Atlanta, and then worked at a midsize law firm before forming The Krause Law Firm. Roger combines his compassion and study of human behavior with his intellect and street smarts in fighting for his clients. Roger Krause was recently named as a Super-Lawyer, awarded to only 2.5% of all lawyers, his fourth such nomination.
Roger lives with his wife and their two sons. You may reach him at kgwlegal.com or at 404-835-8080.
