Thank you again, Robin Lewis saved me $5 million We worked with Robin Lewis from October 20 24 through May 2025. She was available for more than our historic Lawyer that we had switched from. She knows the law better than anyone we’ve experienced. She saved us over $5 million in a very serious situation that we came out golden. Her knowledge of the law in New York for corporate, real estate and government was on paralleled in my 25 years of experience

Made a bad situation worse Did the lawyer provide satisfactory legal services? No Was the lawyer knowledgeable about the law? No Did the lawyer resolve your issue? No Did the lawyer keep you informed and up to date? No Was the lawyer courteous and professional? No Was the lawyer caring and empathetic? No I am dissatisfied with the legal assistance provided, and feel I did not receive the value I expected for the fees paid. She served as my attorney, and in my view, the outcome was disastrous. My case was complex, and I felt that the amount of meaningful work provided did not align with the significant fees I was charged. Despite ongoing billing at $500/hour over several months, she did little beyond forward emails and make phone calls. The outcome did not meet my expectations. While she mentioned that her efforts avoided an even worse result, based on my discussions with opposing counsel, I do not believe that scenario was ever presented as an option. Additionally, I found the communication throughout the processes dissatisfactory, as much of her legal analysis, my decisions, and our phone communications were not set down in writing. I felt this deficit acutely when I compelled her to respond in writing. The crux of her argument was that I could not be evicted if I surrendered possession. Again, I don't think that scenario was ever on the table. Unfortunately, I am left without recourse. View More
