- Activities: Mr. Latham served as a member of the Board of Directors of the United States Olympic Committee from 2000-2004 and remains a member of the USOC General Assembly. He is a past Chairman and current Vice-Chairman of the United States of America Rugby Football Union. He also serves as an international match commissioner/judicial officer for the International Rugby Board. Mr. Latham is also a former President of the Dallas All Sports Association, an organization that brings together the major sport franchises in North Texas to raise money for college scholarships.
