Robert Nussbaum
Robert Nussbaum practices general commercial litigation and appears regularly in New Jersey's federal and state courts. A significant portion of Rob's practice involves the handling of construction-related matters for owners, contractors and suppliers, as well as the defense of personal injury and product liability actions. He has defended clients in several complex pieces of construction litigation and has also defended wrongful death actions, numerous premises liability cases for private businesses and insurance companies, motor vehicle accident claims, and product liability actions brought against manufacturers and distributors of industrial equipment and commercial products. Rob also practices extensively in the area of collections.
Rob has lectured numerous times on legal issues relating to social media and how social media and other electronic evidence may be admitted into evidence at trial. Rob also serves as the managing editor of Trending Law Blog, a publication that explores the impact of social media on the law.
