- Rob's recent work has included the representation of investment advisers and broker dealers in connection with federal and state regulatory and enforcement actions. In the area of securities litigation, he has extensive experience representing both issuers and underwriters, as well as individuals, in defense of class actions filed nationwide. Rob has handled significant litigation and investigations on behalf of many public company clients of the firm, including, more recently, Genzyme Corporation and The Gillette Company, as well as for portfolio companies of many of the firm's private equity clients.
