- Q. I was arrested on 9/27 for DUI. BAC .17 via Breathalyzer at the jail. Reason for stop was speeding. No Criminal Record!!
- A: We never recommend someone just plead guilty to a DUI or DUAC. While every case is different, there are oftentimes defenses that will allow lawyers to negotiate something less severe than DUI. It is certainly worth a consultation with an experienced DUI defense attorney.
