Biography
After almost thirty years in the large firm environment I decided to open my own office. I represent employers across the spectrum of employment laws, and I offer large firm experience without the sky-high hourly rates. In addition, I use a two-tier hourly rate system. Higher level tasks such as trial, key depositions and motions to dismiss are billed at the "partner" rate, all other tasks are billed at the lower "associate" rate. Representation of employees is decided on a case-by-case basis.
