Robert George Babcock

Robert Babcock devotes 100% of his law practice to criminal defense matters in state and federal courts of New York. A former prosecutor with the Queens County District Attorney's Office and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the EDNY in Brooklyn, Attorney Babcock practiced criminal defense for more than 10 years in NY and CT. He later served as Investigations Counsel for one of the largest U.S. banks and as an Attorney Advisor to a federal agency. Today, he provides the clients of Nave Law Firm with criminal defense services from the inception of a case through the investigative and charging process all the way to final disposition. He has a proven track record of successful outcomes in state and federal criminal cases, and he has represented business owners, police and military officers, government officials, professionals including attorneys, accountants and physicians, and professional athletes and entertainers in complex criminal matters throughout the region.
