Robert Charles Rosenberg

Robert Rosenberg graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 1986. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1983 from Binghamton University, where he double-majored in Political Science and History.
Mr. Rosenberg began his legal career at an insurance defense firm, gaining valuable experience over several years. He then served as Lead Trial Counsel at a major insurance company for nearly a decade, where he was responsible for preparing, trying, and resolving substantial cases.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Rosenberg has achieved hundreds of favorable verdicts at trial. He currently serves as trial counsel for our firm, representing accident victims who have suffered severe and catastrophic injuries. Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association and is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
