Robert B. Anderson

Rob brings the experience and perspective of a prosecutor to the Bahr Anderson Law Group and so is uniquely poised to defend violations and handle disciplinary hearings. He began his legal career an intern with the Law Office of Irene F. Bahr in 2008 and returned as an Associate Attorney in May of 2013. His prior experience includes an internship for Appellate Court Justice Thomas E. Callum and an internship at the DuPage County State Attorney's Office. Upon graduation from Law School, Rob worked at the Kane County State Attorney's Office as an Assistant State's Attorney. There he prosecuted a wide range of cases including misdemeanors, felonies, and murder charges.

Rob has worked on licensing issues for a wide cross-section of beverage alcohol industry businesses. He has successfully assisted numerous clients in acquiring and maintaining their liquor licenses, in obtaining necessary related licenses, and in quickly resolving any issues that arise. His experience maneuvering through complex governmental offices and municipalities of all sizes saves clients time and headaches. Rob is a knowledgeable and fierce advocate for his clients who works relentlessly to achieve the best possible outcome in every case.
