He was spot on and quickly responded to the issues we had. He even went beyond the question I asked by saying we should also request a restraining order.

He was very kind to quickly respond. His answer matched the research I had performed as well.

Being very concerned with the issues I continued performing research and he was the only person that was kind enough to give us an answer (which my research revealed he was correct).
