He understands how insurers defend their cases better than most any Plaintiffs' attorney, because Richard has extensive prior experience as an insurance defense lawyer. He knows what it takes to get an insurer to resolve large claims due to his many years' prior experience resolving large environmental claims for some of the largest insurance companies in the country.
