Estate settlement I used Mr. Smith in the capacity of handling my mother's estate. Very knowledgeable about the whole process. He knew exactly when & what forms/documents needed to be filed with the court & other entities involved. He gave suggestions, too, as to what the best course of action should be for various situations. He explained legal topics in layman's terms. He was very prompt in answering emails and communicating with all parties involved. I highly recommend using Mr. Smith!

Estate went perfect Mr Smith was very attentive to our needs of an Estate and to the timeliness of which it needed to be done. We were always kept informed and used Google Drive to share files and Court documents. Real Estate transaction gone right Last year my wife and I purchased a new home from a family estate. This was a private transaction with no Realtor. I hired Rick to help represent me in the transaction just in case. Rick quickly found an error in the real estate contract that could have significantly delayed our closing.
