Professional History: Prior to starting his own practice, Rick worked for a law firm doing estate planning and probate work, preceded by work for two other organizations doing estate planning (wills, trusts, deeds, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, etc.). Prior to law school, Rick interned for the U.S. Senate, and during law school interned for the State of Kansas in the Kansas Corporation Commission. With nearly a decade of experience in estate planning and six years in probate courts, Rick enjoys helping clients plan and prepare for life's challenges and changes.
