Estate settlement I used Mr. Smith in the capacity of handling my mother's estate. Very knowledgeable about the whole process. He knew exactly when & what forms/documents needed to be filed with the court & other entities involved. He gave suggestions, too, as to what the best course of action should be for various situations. He explained legal topics in layman's terms. He was very prompt in answering emails and communicating with all parties involved. I highly recommend using Mr. Smith!

Estate went perfect Mr Smith was very attentive to our needs of an Estate and to the timeliness of which it needed to be done. We were always kept informed and used Google Drive to share files and Court documents. Even our Bank had great comments about the documents that were drawn up....no question on who had authority with this Estate!! Thanks Rick Smith for the Great work!!
