I messed up - Richard Cleaned the mess up. I had a minor run-in with cop but it turns out that urinating in public would show up as a sex crime! After I found out what could Happen I called Mr Gustafson, who listened to my story and went to work. Richard H Gustafson was hired by me to reduce my 1st DUI to lesser charge or Nothing. I paid him $4,700 in March which he wanted the money ASAP and two months later he called me into office to tell me to plead guilty and he was able to get me out of 30 dais in jail. I never heard that he even attempted to reduce my charge. I asked him for a detailed paper showing what was used from my $4700.They refused to show me so I fired him ASAP and got myself an attorney that read my discovery and said I will take care of you.
