Don’t waist your time or money. RUN I’m still customer but I cannot get in touch with her. I called multiple time, send a lot of text messages and still waiting for an answer. It has been 8 days and she doesn’t answer. After 2 years of process I received an intent of deny letter from immigration telling that they want to deny because they didn’t receive the documents to back up my case. That is why I discovered my documents wasn’t sent to immigration. Then her team, politely, on WhatsApp, asked me to send the documents again. They missed deadlines because I don’t have any receipt from immigration they sent the documents. It is frustrating because they just don’t answer. Don’t waist your time or money, RUN from them.

Extremely Disappointed Because of the good reviews we thought we were making a good choice. Unfortunately this did not turn out to be true. The paralegal assigned to our case, Carla Fassina, did not care about our case. Her lack of attention and poor communication caused an extreme delay that created a tremendous amount of undue stress. Even after filing a strong complaint with Dr. Renata and being told she would provide personal attention to our case, it was not reassigned, Carla remained our paralegal and the extreme lack of attention and poor communication continued. In the end we switched to another attorney for our interview. We were on a payment plan with Dr. Renata but had to ask for a balance adjustment as she had already billed us in advance for the interview. As I understand, billing for work not yet completed is unethical. We were so hopeful at the start but Dr. Renata's lack of attention to our case was disturbing and disappointing. In the end my wife got her green card in spite of, not because of, Dr. Renata. I absolutely do not recommend her.
