Q. Can a lawyer who drew up and notarized the decedants Will Then go and represent the executor listed in that will?
A: yes. it is perfectly normal and common. if the executor wants to hire the lawyer who drew up the will then he is free to do so.
Q. Can I sue the co-executor of my father's unprobated Estate for filing a personal RPAPL 901 against me and estate asset?
