- Prior to attending law school, Reeta spent over 15 years as a Quality Systems professional in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries working with such divergent technologies as cardiovascular catheters, intravenous pumps, cholesterol in vitro diagnostics, nicotine transdermal systems, radiofrequency ablation devices and catheters for use in laser transmyocardial revascularization.Since 2002, Reeta has gained experience in pharmaceutical (ANDA) and semiconductor patent litigation. She has worked on all stages of litigation, from discovery matters through trial, has prepared Markman, summary judgment and post-trial briefs, taken testimony and defended witnesses at deposition, and has worked with expert witnesses in preparing expert reports and in-court testimony. Reeta also has experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the medical device and high technology areas.
