Randall Lee Spivey
Randall L. Spivey is the founder of Spivey Law Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.A. which represents injured people and their families in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has had jury trials in nine different counties in Florida and has obtained 28 multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts. Mr. Spivey is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of ABOTA and the Florida Justice Association and past president of the Lee County Personal Injury Association. Mr. Spivey earned a Bachelor's Degree with high honors from the University of South Florida.
