Biography

Rachel Gold joined Mr. Lichtman’s firm as an associate in 2016. From 2012 until 2016, Ms. Gold was an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Ms. Gold prosecuted hundreds of complex and violent criminal cases including attempted murders, robberies, assaults, burglaries, identity theft, insurance fraud, DWI and weapons charges. Ms. Gold’s thorough investigation into all evidentiary leads has aided her in securing positive outcomes at trial and in achieving favorable dispositions in cases. Ms. Gold graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University with a B.A. in English Literature and Psychology and received her law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law on a Dean's Scholarship. While in law school, Ms. Gold was involved in the Courtroom Advocacy Program for Battered Women.
