Avoid at all costs! Omg! This woman was hard to reach and seemed to be barely there each time that I talked to her. She failed to secure the witnesses that I needed for my case, even after so spoonfed her all the information that she needed to win my case! I made her a notebook with all evidence necessary to win my case and she used it for her other cases! (I found paperwork for her other clients stored in my case notebook that I compiled! She told me less than 10 days before my case that my doctor had to be present, in which 2 weeks is needed by the court to allow witnesses. It wouldn’t have mattered because I needed the engineer in my matter to be present. Ms. Hammer didn’t even mention me seeking the engineer to come to court and both witnesses were present in my notebook along with their letters and reports, securing the validity of my case. She was hardly reachable prior to the case and when she showed for court, she didn’t know my case (it was obvious) and we lost, or should I say I lost, and I ended up with a $6500+ judgment against me! Thank God I filed a Housing Discrimination Case as that was found in my favor to reverse the damage caused by this woman! Do yourself a favor and find a legit lawyer!
