Q. I was recently charged with a felony assault. Can I file charges on my"victim" for assault and trespass?
A: The only entity that can file criminal charges against any person is a Federal, State, City or Town prosecutor. If the police spoke to all parties involved and did not refer the case to the prosecutor for charges against the alleged "victim" in your case, then it will be really hard to get criminal charges against the alleged victim.

A lot depends on the facts of your case, it seems very strange that they would accuse you of assaulting an intruder in your home..... I would need to know more facts to provide better advice.
Q. I'm 18 years old and my boyfriend is 26 years old , can we get married ?
A: Why would you not be able to marry him? Legally you are an adult and are allowed to marry whoever the law will allow you to marry, so unless he is a first-cousin, or other close relative, you can marry him.
Q. Victim of a drunk driver that damaged property exceeding $30,000 in repairs. Need a lawyer who can file civil suits.
A: First you need to search for other possible insurance policies on which to make claims, but if there are no other policies available, besides the one you have exhausted, then you need to do an asset search on the liable party to see if it will be worth the return on your investment to file a lawsuit against them. Check your own insurance coverage.
