As an advocate, he is zealous and formidable in the courtroom. I have seen him in action during jury trials, and he is highly effective in his knowledge of the law and in his courtroom presentation.

Preston's legal knowledge is excellent. He stays abreast of current developments and trends in the law, including new case law. Preston's knowledge of Personal Injury law and the Rules of Civil Procedure is encyclopedic. He is very impressive.

Personal Injury law oftentimes presents complex legal issues that need to be mapped out and worked through in writing and during oral arguments. There can be divergences in the law that pose difficulties during a case. Preston has honed his skills in legal analysis and has been highly effective in courtroom presentation of complex issues, such as motions for summary judgment.
