: Current; Activities: Mr. Lacouture is a fellow and member of the board of the Rhode Island Bar Foundation and a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He was counsel to the Ethics Committee of the 1986 Rhode Island Constitutional Convention, a member and vice-chair of the Exeter (RI) Home Rule Charter Commission and served as chair of the Yale Alumni Schools Committee in Rhode Island for twenty years. He is town moderator for the Town of Exeter, president and Deputy Fire Chief of the Exeter Volunteer Fire Company No. 2 and chair of the Exeter Fire District.
