1 Questions Answered
- Q. I had a criminal matter at US District Court, Middle District of Penn, Harrisburg, PA in 1987. How can I get it expunged
- A: A federal criminal judgment cannot be "expunged" absent a presidential pardon unless it was reversed on appeal or set aside in a collateral proceeding. Sorry.
