I had known Penny from the courthouse in general for about 25 years. About 10 years ago we started working on both cases and her cases.

Penny is a rare example of someone who both aggressive and knows when to go easy. She works hard for the client and without exception has obtained good results.

Legal Knowledge: Excellent

She update on criminal law, which is constantly changing. I am familar with several criminal cases where the alleged offense took place years ago under different applicable statutes. She is generally one step ahead of the prosecutors.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

I am usually hired as her appellate lawyer. I am impressed with her knowledge of the current caselaw in both family and criminal law.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Very effective. Knows when to be agressive, knows when to play nice.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

I have never known her to be anything other than ethical with clients and attorneys.
